Roman Alloyarov is a partner with the firm. Prior to co-founding OMNI Roman was a senior associate with a Baku office of an international law firm and a manager of an international department with a leading Azerbaijani bank.

Roman represents financial institutions and banks, sponsors and borrowers in various types of lending transactions, restructurings, project financings and general compliance matters with emphasis on banking and financial services sector. He regularly advises on various aspects of Azerbaijani corporate (including M&A mandates), securities (including Eurobond issuances, derivative and repo transactions under ISDA and GMRA documentation respectively) and commercial law.
