Jeyhun Bayramov is a partner with the firm. Prior to co-founding OMNI Jeyhun was a senior associate with a Baku office of an international law firm and a senior officer with the Ministry of Taxes. During his tenure with the Ministry of Taxes Jeyhun participated in a number of double tax treaty negotiations.

Jeyhun is one of the most regarded tax attorneys in Azerbaijan. He regularly advises on tax planning and structuring in connection with corporate, real estate, capital markets, banking and oil and gas transactions. Jeyhun is renowned for his negotiation skills and is greatly valued for his ability to handle contentious fiscal matters (including tax audits and tax litigations).

In addition to his tax practice, Jeyhun is actively involved in financings, litigations and privatization related work.
